About Pinehurst-Beverly Park

This mostly residential neighborhood includes small, older homes and small business districts. It is also home of the Interurban Trail, which provides recreational opportunities for walkers, runners, bikers and inline skaters.  Cascade High School is also in Pinehurst Beverly Park. 

Pinehurst/Beverly Park has some interesting history. It has the interurban trail running through it, a trail that runs from Everett to Seattle. From 1910 to 1939, the Interurban Trolley ran between the two cities along this route, and Pinehurst/Beverly Park pays homage to this history on their neighborhood sign.

Lions Park, a popular destination for families, is located on 75th Street between Olympic Drive and Cascade Drive.
